The current administration seems bound and determined to interfere in the affairs of the middle east. Some people might call this arrogance, others might call this... let's just stick with arrogance. Bill Maher's commentary on think tanks hit several nails on the head. As usual, Maher gets a little rude toward the end but I can excuse this given how spot on the rest of the commentary is.

I gave this quote at the start of my old blog, guerilla dove. Now that we have Youtube I can add video of Jacob Bronowski's famous Auschwitz monologue from The Ascent of Man. Bronowski's statement summarizes why, as a Christian, I have embraced science and rejected Evangelicalism and Fundamentalism as viable and reasonable routes to understanding God.
